About
I’m Tina Johnston.
I work with people who are deeply capable, often holding a lot, and beginning to sense that the way they’ve been moving through life no longer feels sustainable—or true.
Many of the people I work with are in some form of transition. Sometimes it’s clear, sometimes it’s harder to name. What’s often present is a kind of fatigue that rest alone doesn’t resolve, or a feeling that the body is asking for something different than the mind has been trained to deliver.
My work is grounded, body-based, and nervous-system informed. Rather than pushing for clarity or trying to fix what feels uncomfortable, we slow things down just enough to listen. From that place, clarity tends to emerge naturally.
MY BACKGROUND
I come to this work with both clinical experience and lived understanding.
I spent many years in high-responsibility healthcare roles as a nurse, manager, and educator, where steadiness, discernment, and caring for others were essential. I understand what it’s like to function well on the outside while quietly carrying stress and responsibility.
My own path has involved learning to listen to my body more honestly, release old expectations, and redefine what steadiness actually means. That ongoing process informs how I work—practically, compassionately, and without pretense.
WORKING TOGETHER
Working with me isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about restoring steadiness, reconnecting with inner orientation, and building capacity in a way that doesn’t lead back to burnout. This work is subtle, relational, and respectful of your pace and lived experience.
I work with a small number of clients so the space remains intentional and personal.
