I offer holistic individualized, body-based support for people who are navigating transition, fatigue, or a growing sense that something in their life or work needs to shift.
This work is not about fixing yourself or pushing through what feels hard. It’s about slowing down enough to listen, restore steadiness, and move forward in a way that’s sustainable and aligned.

HOW I WORK
My approach is rooted in an understanding of how the body and mind respond to stress and transition.
Together, we create space to:

distinguish intuition from exhaustion or anxiety
build capacity without returning to burnout
clarify next steps without force or urgency
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and responsive to what’s present. This work unfolds over time, allowing insight and clarity to emerge naturally.

I work with a small number of clients so the space remains intentional, spacious, and personal.
